I eat an English muffin everyday for breakfast. One day I got to thinking that instead of buying English muffins from the store, I decided to make some of my own. This was a fun project I did on a Sunday morning. I enjoyed muffins for the whole week. Somedays I would eat them simply with butter and jam and other days I would make breakfast sandwiches with eggs, cheese, and bacon. This Sunday, try making your own English muffins.

1 pack dry yeast (.25 ounce pack)
¼ cup lukewarm water
