After indulging ourselves during the holidays, most of us resolve to lose at least fifteen pounds going into the New Year. Eating Well Magazine says these seven foods will help jumpstart your weight loss program. Their advice: eat more fiber. According to the Journal of Nutrition, eating more fiber helps prevent weight gain and can encourage weight loss. The experts at Eating Well suggest increase your intake of dietary fiber to at least 16 grams a day. These seven foods can help accomplish just that.
1. Apples
2. Green Beans
3. Sweet Potatoes
4. Raspberries
5. Strawberries
6. Chickpeas
7. Pumpkin
