Hello! My name is Amanda and I blog at MarocMama - a blog that focus on traditional and fusion Moroccan/Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine. My style is to create food that can be easily replicated at home but has an exotic flavor. Every now and then I pop in few recipes from my American heritage.
