The International Food Blogger Conference will not only be an opportunity to learn about food, writing, and technology, but it will also be a delicious dining experience.

In 2012, we will once again gather an array of talented chefs, restaurants, bakeries, and winemakers, to showcase the local and regional fare around Portland. View past menus from IFBC 2011 in New Orleans and Santa Monica! Stay tuned for more information!

Pizza is available frozen. Ways have been developed to overcome challenges such as preventing the sauce from combining with the dough and producing a crust that can be frozen and reheated without becoming rigid. Modified corn starch is commonly used as a moisture barrier between the sauce and crust. Thanks.
