Pepermint Patties
Ingredients
1 pound confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons peppermint extract
teaspoon vanilla extract
cup evaporated milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons shortening

Flatten with a glass to 1/4 in.;chill for 30 minutes.
