After many years of writing about food online, I started a blog that reflects what I truly do: make up decent recipes that an exhausted, lazy cook can get on the table fast. I don't always have time for a four-hour dinner preparation, and neither do most of the cooks I know. So I came out of the lazy cook closet and decided to tell the truth. But I have my standards. There's not a sauce packet or can of soup ingredient in sight.
