I cook gluten-free and bakers yeast free. Most of my fare is grain-free and for the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. My son came out of autism three weeks into the SCD. The diet has helped all kinds of autoimmune conditions. At first it seemed to be quite restrictive, but now I have lots of fun with it. I have great respect for whole and natural foods. I also love gooey desserts.
