A Malaysian now living in Canada, I grew up having taste buds of Malay, Chinese, Indian, and fusion of Malay-Chinese cookings (Nyonya), and Indian-Malay cookings (Mamak)-where most of these food are street food.
Every opportunity that I get to travel to Malaysia-my first visit will be to hit the street food hawker stalls aiming for satay, and teh-tarik (pulled tea).
My wife cooks up a storm of Malaysian, Malaysian fusion dishes AND I`ve been taking photos of her cooking so that we can share images of home cooked Malaysian food.
