Shoshana Young-sam

I am a mother of many, former ballet dancer, and the granddaughter of a woman who has the most uncanny ability to recreate any dish cooked with just a taste, but not only could she reproduce it; she knew instinctively how to improve it. Not only did she pass on her passion for food, fine wine and opera but her zest for life and laughter. My legacy to my daughter is to try to recreate Rosie's kitchen for Kiki Tzipporah.
