Question: Has anyone tasted the curried soup served at the banquets in Bunratty Castle in Ireland?

I'm trying to get the recipe for the curried chicken soup we had at a banquet in Bunratty Castle. It was very spicy and pureed with no chicken in sight, but definitely chicken broth based. I would love to duplicate it.

Hi Marlyn,
I tried to search for the recipe you were looking for and found a post referring to a thick white soup at Bunratty Castle here. Surprisingly, it had no chicken meat, but had chicken broth instead. And it was made of blended turnips and parsnips. Hope this helps :)
