It seems that Calzoni is the plural form of the singular Calzone. I have also seen Calzone pronounced and written as Calzones. I have heard Stromboli pronounced with an added s to pluralize the word. I have seen it spelled both Strombolis, and Strombolies, however I am not sure if either the pronunciation or spellings are correct.
