package corn chips |
pepper to taste |

can chili beans |

med. onion |

teaspoons garlic |

cups Cheddar cheese |

tablespoons chili powder |
1 |
tablespoon cumin powder |

ounces corn tortillas |

Add onion, green pepper (both chopped), salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin and garlic. |
Step 3 |
Cook covered about 10 minutes. Add chili beans, mix well and remove from heat. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with tortillas. Layer ground beef mixture and tortillas. |
Step 4 |
Top with corn chips and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese melts and chips brown slightly. |
