Dijon mustard

sugar
Salt

Freshly-ground
black pepper

Preparation

Whisk
the vinegar, mustard, sugar,
salt
and pepper together in a small bowl.
Whisking
constantly, add the oil in a slow, steady stream and continue
whisking
until
thickened
.
