Oil

Salt

Bok Choy
1 cup
Bean sprouts
1 cup
Snow Peas
1 teaspoon
Cornstarch
2 teaspoons
Chicken
bouillon
powder
1/2 teaspoon
Sugar
1/2 cup
Water
Preparation
1
Heat
oil in
wok
or
fry
pan. Add
salt
, bok choy, bean
sprouts
and snow peas
Stir fry
5-7 min.
Mix
cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar to-gether well and add to vegetables.
Stir fry
until
glazed
and
thickened
.
