- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 0.5 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- salt and pepper(optional)
- 0.5 cup butter
- 6 slices French bread (1 inch thick slices)
- 1 large, finely chopped onion
- 0.25 cup milk
- 1 rib finely chopped celery
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 pound crabmeat

In a skillet, saute onions and celery in butter until clear and tender.

Add crabmeat, parsley, and garlic. Stir fry for about 10 minutes.

Add French bread and egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
