Red Cabbage Coleslaw With Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

1 Small Red Cabbage Shredded
6 Carrots Shredded
4 tablespoons of Flax Seed Oil
4 tablespoons of Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)
6 tablespoons of Lemon
1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Preparation

Shred Cabbage, Carrots and Chop Green Onions and mix well in a large bowl.

Mince Garlic.

Mix in a bowl oil, tahini, salt, pepper, add in lemon and whisk (note that the tahini will emulsify) use warm filtered water slowly until you reach a creamy dressing texture.

Toss over slaw and mix well.

Chill for 20 minutes.
