Lemon Nut Bars

cup Bars: 1 of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup chopped nuts
1 250 g Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 cup Baker's Angel Flake coconut
cup Glaze: ½ icing sugar
1 tablespoon milk
