Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Chorizo (Mexican Sausage)
1 jar Salsa Ranchero or Victoria
3 med. onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Cumin to taste

Preparation

Skin sausage, break up and brown in olive oil. Saute onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil. Combine both sausage and pepper mixture and add rest of ingredients in large pot. Simmer 2 hours.
