Hazelnut Coffee Cake
Ingredients
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup whole hazelnuts
1 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 ounces liquid egg substitute
1/2 cup ground hazelnuts
2 tablespoons hot milk

Mix brown sugar, flours, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Combine egg substitute, milk, and honey. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients; blend well.
