Raisin Coconut Pudding

1/2 cup coconut
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 cups hot milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup Sun Maid raisins
1 stiffly beaten egg white
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoons butter
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon butter
