box yellow cake mix

eggs

c. water

lg. (6 oz.) or 2 sm. (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

c. cooking oil

1

lg. can sliced peaches (drain and reserve juice)

12

oz. Philly cream cheese

½

c. sugar

Step 1

In large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, water, pudding mix and cooking oil, beating time recommended on cake mix box. Pour mixture into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread peach slices evenly over surface of mixture.

Step 2

Soften cream cheese and mix with sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice until smooth. Spoon over top of peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Yum! Yum! Yum!
