tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil

teaspoon white pepper

3

chicken breast, skinned, boned and cut in pieces

pound snow peas

Sliced celery

1

cup sliced mushrooms

4

green onions with tops, cut in pieces

1

tablespoon soy sauce

1

teaspoon cornstarch

½

teaspoon salt

¼

teaspoon ground ginger

Step 1

In wok, add 1 tablespoon oil and heat very hot. Add snow peas, mushrooms, and onions. Stir fry 2 minutes. Remove to bowl. In small cup, mix together cornstarch, salt, ginger, and pepper. Set aside. Add remaining oil to wok. Add chicken and cornstarch. Stir fry until chicken turns white. Stir in mushroom mixture and soy sauce. Stir fry until hot.
