Tuna Tarts

Ingredients

2 cans tuna - (6 oz ea) drained, flaked
cup chopped peanuts
1 pkt cream cheese - (3 oz) softened
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
teaspoon garlic powder
1 pkt refrigerated biscuits - (7 ½ oz) 10 biscuits

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, peanuts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic powder, mix well.

Flour a work surface and a rolling pin, then roll out each biscuit to a 5-inch circle. Line 10 muffin cups with the flattened biscuits, forming crusts.

Fill the crusts with equal amounts of the tuna mixture and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crusts are golden. Serve warm.

This recipe yields 10 tarts.

Comments: This can also be made with canned chunk chicken and pecans or other types of nuts.
