Marinatefillets in salt water 1/2 hour. Use 1 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water. (Too salty for me, I use less). Drain on paper towels. Dip both sides in bread crumbs and arrange side by side one layer deep in shallow bakingdish.

Mix mayonnaise, sourcream and onions; spread evenly over fish. Cover with thin layer of crumbs. Bake at 375-400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
