My Pancakes

Ingredients

1 cup AP flour
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons Ts vegetable oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Nutella sauce:
3 tablespoons Nutella
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream

Preparation

For the pancakes: In a large bowl, blend milk, egg, and vegetable oil.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Put the batter in the refrigerator for an hour before using.

For the Sauce:

In a sauce pan and over medium heat, add the nutella then stir a bit ,then add the butter and milk ,stir until the sauce is melted and shiny.

Cook your pancakes:

Use an ice cream scoop or a small espresso cup to get even sized pancakes.

Cook each pancake for 3-4 minutes per side over medium-high heat in an oiled pan (with cooking spray).

Plate and serve pancakes with the warm Nutella sauce.

About

Note: If the sauce gets a bit thick or cold, put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
