Lamb Tagine Stew

Ingredients

1 pound lamb, chops
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 carrot, sliced
1/2 pound green peas
1 cup mushroom
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoons lemon, juice
3 teaspoons parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Preparation

Saute lamb chops in 2 teaspoons of olive oil.

Place 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a wok and add onions, carrots, salt and pepper, oregano and stock. Add lamb, mushrooms and peas.

In a separate bowl, mix parsley, lemon juice and cinnamon. Add this mixture to the wok. Serve with couscous.
