grams MAGGI Pasta - Penne

1

pkt MAGGI Napolitana Pasta Sauce Mix

¾

cup boiling water

2

tablespoons olive oil

1

garlic cloves, crushed (1 to 2)

1

teaspoon paprika

¼

teaspoon chilli powder

500

grams marinara mix or mixed seafood, (cut into small pieces)

½

cup red or white wine

Step 1

Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 11 minutes or until just tender.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Place the sauce mix in a bowl. Add the boiling water and whisk until smooth. Set the sauce aside.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, paprika and chilli powder and cook, stirring over a low heat for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add the seafood to the pan and cook over a moderate heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the seafood is almost cooked.

Step 5

Add the wine and simmer for 1 minute. Stir the sauce into the seafood mixture.

Step 6

Drain the pasta and place in a serving dish. Top with the sauce and serve immediately.
