pkt MAGGI Napolitana Pasta Sauce Mix |

cup boiling water |

tablespoons olive oil |

garlic cloves, crushed (1 to 2) |

teaspoon paprika |

teaspoon chilli powder |
500 |
grams marinara mix or mixed seafood, (cut into small pieces) |

cup red or white wine |

Step 1 |
Add the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 11 minutes or until just tender. |
Step 2 |
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Place the sauce mix in a bowl. Add the boiling water and whisk until smooth. Set the sauce aside. |
Step 3 |
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic, paprika and chilli powder and cook, stirring over a low heat for 1 minute. |
Step 4 |
Add the seafood to the pan and cook over a moderate heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the seafood is almost cooked. |
Step 5 |
Add the wine and simmer for 1 minute. Stir the sauce into the seafood mixture. |
Step 6 |
Drain the pasta and place in a serving dish. Top with the sauce and serve immediately. |
