pounds ground beef |

small can tomato paste |

cans diced tomatoes |

small can tomato sauce |
1 |
cup water |

cans kidney beans |

medium minced onion |
1 |
cup chopped celery |
1 |
teaspoon salt |
1 |
pinch pepper |
1 ½ |
tablespoons chili powder |
1 |
tablespoon paprika |
1 |
teaspoon cumin |

Step 1 |
Combine and fry beef, onion and celery lightly. |
Step 2 |
Place in a large, heavy pot. |
Step 3 |
Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 2-4 hours. |

Serve over rice or top with cheese and chopped onion.




I add a jar of roasted garlic/lime salsa to my chili and it is delicious.
