Make Your Own Relish

We started with the mustard, moved on to ketchup, now it's time to bring on the relish. As far as condiments go, relish is such a free wheeler. From super sweet to spicy as hell, relish always brings a hit of brightness to food. Make your own relish from some familiar and not so familiar foods.
