Move over, Gwyneth Paltrow -- actress Haylie Duff has just launched Real Girl's Kitchen, a healthy eating blog focused on "the trials and tribulations of being a real girl in the kitchen." The nascent site has a handful of seasonal recipes, restaurant reviews and an "Ask Haylie" feature through which readers can ask cooking-related questions.
A particularly fun area of Haylie Duff's cooking website is the "Everyone Should Know" section, wherein she gives step-by-step instructions (with photos!) on how to prepare simple dishes such as hard boiled eggs, fried eggs and a basic vinaigrette.
