Why not serve this seductive dish at your next romantic meal? We thinkt the combination of crab stuffing and sweet flounder is going to be a huge hit.
What a fabulous treat, and pretty simple!
3/4 cup minced celery
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup minced parsley
1/4 cup minced shallots
1/4 cup minced green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon plain flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 pound fresh lump crab meat
1 1/4 cups dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
