I am by no means a master canner. In fact, I would say I'm solidly a novice. I have, though, managed to put up some wonderful preserves that we've enjoyed throughout the fall and winter, our favorite being the Cherries in Red Wine. They're heaven on vanilla ice cream and plain Greek yogurt! We also like to reduce a couple of jars into a thicker sauce and serve over roast pork loin. Yum!
