5 More Easy Breakfast Smoothie Recipes

Earlier this week, we shared Domestic Geek's five recipes for easy breakfast smoothies, one for each day of the week.  She is back again with five more smoothie recipes to add to your repertoire.  Whether you need a healthy boost in the morning to get you going , using it as a meal replacement or want a nutritious snack - these smoothies fit the bill.  Remember that a protein boost can be added to any one of these smoothie recipes.  You can use soy based protein powder, tofu, or plant based protein powder.  Also, feel free to add a spoonful or two of nutrition packed seeds including hemp seeds, chia seeds, or flax seeds.  No matter how you blend them, these smoothies are a delicious breakfast.

Plum Dandy:
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄2 cup concord grapes 2
plums, sliced
1 banana

Green Goodness:
1⁄2 cup green tea
1⁄2 avocado
1⁄2 apple
1 celery stalk
1⁄2 cucumber
1 cup baby kale or baby spinach

Berries & Beets:
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄2 cup yogurt
1 small beet, peeled and cooked
1⁄2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1⁄2 cup blueberries

Funky Monkey:
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
2 bananas
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Pumpkin Pie
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
1⁄2 cup pumpkin puree
1⁄2 cup shredded carrot
1⁄2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp maple syrup
