Any given day, Chinese food is always a welcome break from Bengali food that I eat at home. Chinese cooked at home is my all time fave. In addition, I can change the ingredients depending on my mood and to suit my Indian palate.

I experimented a lot with ways to make marshmallow Peeps. The result is melt-in-your-mouth fluffy vanilla bean goodness that is superior in every way to regular Peeps. I brought these to a party for the children to eat, but the grown-ups loved them, too.

I already have a favorite vegetarian "meat" lasagna dish, but when Terry Walters declared this recipe one of her most requested, I knew I had to give it a try. After all, there should be room in our hearts for more than one favorite lasagna dish.
