Ingredients
1 pound Extra
firm tofu
, (low-fat is fine)
1 can (large) frozen
orange juice
, not diluted
1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Chinese
chile
garlic
sau
Preparation
1
Slice
the tofu 1/2" thick and
dry
the
slices
with a paper towel. Reserve.

Into a large open
baking
dish
pour the orange
juice
, soy sauce and chile.

Slide the tofu
slices
into the pan,
spooning
juice
over the tofu.

Broil until the
dish
is bubbly.
