Crab and Rice Salad

Ingredients

1 (7 ½ oz.) can crabmeat or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab
3 c.s cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sm. peas, cooked
4 stalks celery, chopped
c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Spice Island salad seasoning
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
pepper to taste
Bibb lettuce leaves, optional
Curry powder for garnish

Preparation

Combine crab, rice, peas, celery, green onions, sour cream, mayonnaise, salad seasoning, lemon juice and salt

Pepper to taste. Chill 24 hours (if in a hurry a couple of hours will do). Serve on leaf of lettuce and sprinkle lightly with curry powder or serve plain.
