Mess With Meat and Vegetables

Ingredients

What you need (for 3 people)
400 grams of potatoes
200 grams of minced beef
250 milliliters of tomato Mutti
100 grams of mushrooms
100 milliliters milk
60 grams frozen peas
3 slices
Mixed fried (carrot, celery, onion)

Preparation

Wash and peel the patate.riducetele into pieces and steam cook for 15-20 minutes.

Mash with a fork, add the hot milk to the wire, a knob of butter, grated Parmesan cheese pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon and stir.

In a saucepan (I used Ballarini Greenline) saute the mixture to the meat with sauce and a knob of butter.

Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with white wine until it evaporates completely, add the tomato puree, a pinch of sugar and a cup of hot water.

Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Clean the mushrooms, slice and add to sauce along with peas and oregano.

Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 15 minutes.

Spread the meat on the bottom of ramekins and add 3 slices in each one.

Cover with the mashed potatoes with the aid of a pastry bag with a star nozzle, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and the remaining melted butter.

Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and enjoy warm.
