Fried Boneless Chicken Thighs With Rosemary & Oregano
6 boneless chicken thighs
2 cups all purpose flour
Vegetable Oil for frying
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
5 cloves of garlic – crushed and sliced
Marinade the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to overnight.
This chicken is juicy, tender and delicious if I must say so myself. I know that we must keep using our imaginations to come up with new varieties of serving up the same thing!
