Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

3 tablespoons cornstarch
6 cups picked over blueberries
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick cold unsalted butter cut into bits (½ cup)
