Lovely Steamed Open-shell Scallops

Ingredients

1 teaspoon minced Garlic
1 teaspoon minced Ginger
1 tablespoon Chinese wine
1/2 teaspoon Soya sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
2 sprigs of Spring onions (shredded)
1/2 Chilli (finely chopped)

Preparation

Clean scallops thoroughly.

Mix seasonings with garlic & ginger. Spread over scallops.

Top with bean (just 1 will do or it'll be too salty), chilli & scallions & place first layer on serving plate, then gently put the second layer on top. Steam for about 5-8 mins, depending on their sizes.

When ready, place serving plate onto a warmer to retain heat & you’re ready to serve your Succulent Scallops!
