1/2 cup cold leftover
fish
(bones removed)
1/2 cup cold
mashed potatoes
Dash of
salt
,
pepper
onion powder
1
egg
, beaten
1/2 sm.
onion
, grated
Flour
Crisco
shortening
or
oi
Preparation
1
Shred
fish and
mix
with
mashed
potatoes and
seasonings.
Add beaten egg and onion. Spray hands with non-stick cooking spray and shape mixture into small cakes.
Dredge
in flour and
fry
in 1/2 to 1 inch of hot Crisco or oil.
