French Fried Olives

Ingredients

fine seasoned cracker crumbs
1 dsh salt
fat such as peanut oil

Preparation

Use large stuffed olives. Roll olives in fine seasoned cracker crumbs. Dip in beaten egg with dash of salt added. Roll in crumbs again. Fry in deep, hot fat peanut oil. Drain on uncoated paper plates or paper towels and serve hot.
