Macadamia Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients

1 Mahi-mahi fillet (2 lb)
1 ct (8 oz) Pina Colada yogurt
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup (3 ½ oz) Macadamia nuts

Preparation

Place mahi-mahi in bag. Add yogurt & mix thoroughly to coat.

Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Arrange mahi-mahi in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. Remove to serving platter; sprinkle with toasted nuts & serve.
