Curried Lentil Salad

Ingredients

2 cups lentils
1/2 cup oil
2-3 garlic
Pe pper
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 can chunks pineapple, drained
8 tomatoes, cut up
1 onion, cut up

Preparation

Cook lentils in water with bay leaf and salt if desired until tender. Saute garlic and spices in oil. Add vinegar and mustard. Mix with lentils. Chill overnight. Add pineapple, tomatoes, and onion.
