Ingredients
2 teaspoons
Oregano
1 can
tomatoes
,
plum
3 cloves
garlic
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1/2 teaspoon
honey
Preparation

Saute garlic in a
skillet
with olive oil until they are
brown
at medium
heat
.

Reduce
heat
and add tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves. Let it
simmer
until sauce is thick.

Serve
on
top
of pasta. Add honey to
reduce
acidity.
