Pork Tenderloin In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter
Juice of one lemon
1 cup thin cream
2/3 cup sliced mushrooms

Preparation

Slice tenderloin in rounds about 1 inch thick and flatten with a cleaver, rub with salt, pepper and flour. Brown in butter over low heat for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
