Saute onions, greeen onions, garlic in butter until golden brown. Add flour and brown. Chop oysters; reserve liquid. Add oysters, parsley and oregano, simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper. If mixture is too thick, add oyster water for desired consistency. If mixture is too thin, thicken with a little flour and water. Fill patty shells and bake 325 F. about 15 minutes.
