Ingredients

1 inch lrg Head broccoli cut spears
2 Eggs beaten and seasoned w/ salt and 1 1/2 cups Seasond Italian bread crumbs

Preparation

Cook the broccoli in lightly salted water until al dente. Drain well. Dip into egg, then bread crumbs and fry in oil until golden brown. Drain. This can be made ahead of time and kept warm, uncovered, in the oven.
