piece egg roll wrapper |
½ |
pound ground sausage |
1 |
medium head cabbage, chopped |
3 |
eggs, beaten |
|
Any other vegetable you like, sliced |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Fry sausage until golden brown; put sliced vegetables in pan; mix with sausage. |
Step 2 |
Add small amount of water. Boil and reduce heat. Simmer until cabbage is well done; |
Step 3 |
Pour beaten eggs into pan. Add salt and other seasonings you like before removing from pan and add cornstarch. Mix and cook until it thickens. |
Step 4 |
Let cool enough to wrap in the egg roll wrappers. Turn wrapper end corner toward you then fold; put small amount of cornstarch mixture in center |
