Ingredients
20 pieces
egg
roll wrapper
1/2 pound ground
sausage
1 medium head
cabbage
, chopped
3
eggs
, beaten
Any other
vegetable
you like, sliced
cornstarch
Preparation

Fry
sausage until golden
brown;
put
sliced
vegetables in pan;
mix
with sausage.

Add small amount of water.
Boil
and
reduce
heat.
Simmer
until cabbage is well done;

Pour beaten eggs into pan. Add
salt
and other
seasonings
you like before removing from pan and add cornstarch.
Mix
and cook until it
thickens
.

Let
cool
enough to
wrap
in the egg
roll
wrappers.
Turn
wrapper end corner toward you then
fold;
put small amount of cornstarch mixture in center
