There is no denying that Coca-Cola is the world's leader in soft drinks. The drink was first made popular in 1886 by John Pemberton in Atlanta, Georgia. Pemberton created the drink as a result of the passing of prohibition laws. Since that time, cooking with cola has been a Southern tradition. It is used extensively in baking and barbecue. This cake is a result of that early experimentation.
